Being the best version of yourself at work

Not happy at or with work? That happens to everyone once in a while. Then know that you can influence and develop happiness (at work). The basis for this is a positive working climate, that you know yourself, but also the people you work with.

Happy Test

The basis of job happiness is that the framework conditions are in place. Such as a safe workplace and good working conditions. However, working happily also means that your colleagues know, appreciate, respect and trust you. Other important sources of happiness are meaning, support, positive mindset and a clear role and task description. After all, it is nice to know what the work brings, who makes you happy or what it contributes in the big picture.

The Happy Test identifies factors that influence and promote job happiness
